Frank Cody, CPA

Frank J. Cody, is a certified public accountant and shareholder of Love, Cody & Company, CPAs He is the director of Tax Services for the firm. His professional experience includes taxation and accounting for individuals, estates, trusts and businesses. Before joining Love, Cody & Company, CPAs, Frank was a senior tax associate with an international accounting firm in Albany, New York. Previously, he was associated with CPA firms and a real estate management company in Denver, Colorado.

Frank is licensed as a certified public accountant in Vermont. Frank holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's College of Maine. Frank has served as an adjunct faculty member teaching accounting and taxation courses at Southern Vermont College. Frank is a member of the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Frank served as a council member for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Frank has served as a board member and past president of the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member and past president of the Bennington Catamount Rotary Club. Frank is also a competent Toastmaster and a supporter of Bennington Youth Sports.

Frank was inducted in to the Saint Joseph's College Athletics Hall of Fame as a member of the 1987 Men's Cross Country Team.

Tom Love

Tom Love is a CPA candidate and a staff accountant. Tom joined Love, Cody & Company, CPAs, P.C. in January 2014 after graduating from Colorado State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Tom initially gained experience with the firm while serving as an intern with our firm during summer breaks from college. He has since gained a wide range of experience auditing nonprofit and government clients as well as in the preparation of tax returns.

When Tom has free time he can generally be found on the golf course enjoying some fresh air and the challenges of the sport.

Rose Zappone

Rose Zappone has been the Administrative Assistant for Love, Cody & Company, CPAs, P.C. since 1991. Prior to her joining the firm she worked in another certified public accounting firm for three years. Rose enjoys her job as Administrative Assistant, willing to help anyone to get the job done.

Rose lives in Pownal, Vermont with her family. She enjoys spending time with her family and going camping.
